Marvin the Martian was an intergalactic nemesis for some. He was quiet, but destructive. Don't underestimate him. ;)
I've done an entire line of Looney Tunes characters on false nails here.
I just featured him and an ACME ray gun. I didn't want to overpower the galaxy nebulas in the background.
I'll post a tutorial of how I made my galaxies a little later.
