LTHP Quickies! Milani Pressed Powder Shadows for 2012

Morning loves and happy humpday!

Today I have another installment of my quickie posts. This time I will be featuring Milani's new Pressed Powder Shadows. I received 11 shades for review and I am a HUGE fan of each and every one. I've shown you guys some looks I did with the Neutral tones from these shadows. I love working with these, they have a great texture and color payoff.

Quick over-head shots. I love the neutral tones because they are a perfect range from Nude to Dark Brown. And those brights! How fun are they?!

So here are the nudes. These shadows are perfect for the "you, but better" look. I use these A LOT. I'm a big fan of doing a simple nude-ish smokey lid with pops of color on my lower lashline.

Here are the Pinks and Purple. I've not really had a chance to play with my brights yet. I am still a little intimidated by color but I plan of getting over that soon!

And the deeper peacock shades. Cannot wait to do a dramatic eye with these!

Now for some quick swatches and color descriptions.  All of these swatches were done over NYX Skin tone eyeshadow primer.
French Vanilla: Off White, Matte Finish
Pearl: Champagne Tone, Shimmer Finish
Gold Dust: Warm Gold, Soft Metallic Finish
Caramel Brown: Soft Brown with hints of Golden Shimmer
Brownstone: Deep Chocolate Brown, Matte Finish

White Lie: Clean White, Matte Finish
Tickled Pink: Soft Pink with Golden Shimmer
Shocking Pink: Almost Neon Hot Pink, Matte Finish
Purple Shock: Vivid Purple, Shimmer Finish
Olympian Blue: Bright Cerulean Blue, Matte Finish
Just Perfect: Peacock Green, Shimmer Finish

So, I seriously cannot wait to start feeling better so I can play with my make-up and start doing more #FOTD's for you guys! I highly recommend these eye-shadows. The price point is great and the quality on these is just amazing. The pigmentation and texture is just right on these suckers. There is minimal to no fall-out when applying, which is my usual problem with shadows. As far a drugstore shadows go... These might be some of my favorites!

Thoughts?
