Dollish Polish This is Halloween Collection Swatches

Good Morning and happy Monday!

Today I have a little treat for you and them I'm outie for another week while some UH-mazing ladies fill in for me so I can hurry up and get better( not feeling so hawt today.)

I cannot express just how much I love the Dollish Polish's Halloween Collection. This collection is inspired by the cult Disney movie "A Nightmare before Christmas". I remember when this movie came out. I remember seeing it in movie theaters and thinking it was pretty much the best thing ever. The movie still has a special place in my heart to this day. SO, when Dolly contacted me about reviewing this collection I could not reply with "YESSSSSSS!!!!" fast enough. This is collection Halloween perfection.
To see close up's continue reading ♥.

I'm really not feeling too well as I'm typing this so I won't be too chatty about the polishes but trust me when I tell you that I absolutely love these to bits. I am very hard-pressed to pick a fave as they are all just amazingly unique, perfectly named and so very inspired. I can really see each character, song and scene so aptly represented by these polishes. Dolly did a fantastic job of bottling the essence of the movie that inspired the polishes.

Dollish Polish Spectral Pup over Barielle Allie's Lace

I could not decide for the life of me what I wanted to layer this over but I loved how it looked it the bottle so much that I went with a lighter shade to get an effect close to what it looks like in the bottle. Spectral Pup is a beautiful blend of Coppery Orange Hexes and squares, White Hexes and Squares suspended in a shimmery, clear and glow in the dark base. How awesome is this polish?!!! And themed after Zero!!! And oh yes!! It def glows!

Dollish Polish I am the Boogie Man
How seriously amazing is this?!!! This polish could be layered or built up to opacity on it's own. For this swatch I chose to wear it on it's own. I used Three coats to build up the glitter. I am the Boogie Man is a murky shade of micro glitter with what looks like touches of golden with some larger green particles that add incredible depth and texture.

Dollish Pollish Deadly Nightshade
I also chose to wear Deadly Nightshade on it's own but I also want to layer it. Anywho, Deadly Nightshade is a complex blend of micro Violet shimmer, Different sized of Aqua glitter and different sizes of Purple glitter. I really like the play on textures here.

Dollish Polish This is Halloween
Once again I chose to wear this one by itself and build it up to opacity with Three coats. This is Halloween is the perfect polish for Halloween and that is all there is to it. The blend here is all smaller glitters in Black, Green, Orange and maybe some Gold. This is an AMAZING Fall polish in general. It could also be layered.

Dollish Polish We're Simply Meant to Be over Color Club By Design
We're Simply Meant to Be is a perfect mix of Lavender smaller glitter with Blue and Gold Hexes as the main contrast with some Plum and Black accents. This is a really fun mix of glitters. The layering possibilities are many here.

Dollish Polish Something's Up with Jack over O.P.I Hi Pumpkin!
I LOVE THIS! Something's Up with Jack is a perfect blend of Black and White Squares bars and hexes accented by Purple glitters in varying shapes. I still can't get over how much I love this combination so I'ma stop yaking and drool over this photo some more....

Dollish Polish What's This? What's This? over O.P.I Candlelight
Another big OMGGGGG here for me. In this  What's This? What's This? we have the added bonus of a coppery-orange micro shimmer in the clear base that gives this glitter blend that extra "ooooh" factor. The blend here is very festive many different shapes and sizes of White, Purple, Green, Orange Black and smaller matter neon Green particles that are just barely there but oh-so-awesome. Not to mention, it is named after my favorite song/part in the movie!

Dollish Polish Vampire's Coven over Barielle Erica's Pencil Skirt
Vampire's Coven is a deep blackened jelly base. I'm fairly certain this polish could we worn alone as well. I wanted to give it a lot of depth so I found a shade that was pretty much an exact match to the base color of the jelly. Vampire's Coven is a mix of Burgundy and Red glitters in smaller squares and hexes suspended in this deep jelly base. It is a dark and moody polish. Just beautiful. If you were looking for a perfect glittery vamp... Look for further than Vampire's Coven.
Most of these are currently available on Dollish Polish's Site. I believe she will have a few more restocks this week. This is a very LE collection. Make sure to keep up with Dolly on her Facebook page so you don't miss out on your next chance to snag your favorite polishes from this collection as well as some of Dolly's other creations.

I love these so much I could ramble like and idiot for hours and hours but I won't subject you guys to that. Just take my word of their awesomeness as I am still sitting here drooling over them and I am lucky enough to have them in my possession. I can't pick a fave... Can you?

Enchanted Polish Beatles Inspired Collection

Here is something to brighten up your Monday a little!

The mastermind behind Enchanted Polish busted out Three absolutely AMAZING Beatles inspired multichromatic polishes that left me just a tad speechless... So.. I'll just leave these right here...
You know you wanna keep readin....

So I don't repeat myself over and over... These were all Three thin coats. The formula on these stunners is perfection and they build up so very easily. I did try to layer them over Black but I actually liked them better when worn alone. Along with being beautiful multichromes these also have a slightly linear holographic shimmer.

Enchanted Polish Octopus's Garden
Octopus's Garden is a beautiful Purple based multichrome. The shift in this beauty is from Purple/Blue to Red to Green. In the Sun the main color you see is the deep Jewel toned Purple and it is just beautiful. Needless to say that I am absolutely in love with this color and all the complexity there is to it.
Do I need to say much more?

Enchanted Polish Across the Universe
Across the Universe is a Blue based multichrome. In this stunner we see a shift from Blue/ Purple to Fuchsia to Green/Copper. In the sun the main color you see is an amazing deep Sapphire Blue with slight holographic shimmer. I am in awe of this beautiful polish.
 This is just spectacular!

Enchanted Polish Hey Jude
Hey Jude.... OMG! I'm biased toward this one because it is SO unique... Anddddd I LOVE Green.. The main color we see in Hey Jude is an amazing Blackened Emerald Green with some holographic shimmer. The multichrome shift in this one is from Green/ Blue to Red to Copper.

And there you have Enchanted Polish's Beatles Inspired Collection. These Three really made an impression on me. I mean where do I start? They are multichromes. They look amazing when worn by themselves, no layering required (in my case, not even recommended). They have holographic shimmer. They have amazing formulas. Do I need to keep going? I hope not. I am in awe of what this girl can do. I hope she continues creating for a very long time to come because she is so very talented. These really made LTHP a happy gal!

Thoughts?

Pink Wednesday!! Edgy Holographic Splatter

Hi hello and happy Pink Wednesday!

I have some wonderful news before we get started with my usual nonsense.... I have a JOB!! A nice office job in real estate at a really nice community. I am so excited about this opportunity and I can't wait to see where it takes me. I am also happy that I will be able to keep my nails looking pretty lol... I know that sounds uber shallow or maybe dumb.. But I am, after all, a nail polish blogger and my nails should be always looking nice right?

For today's post I wanted to play with some of my holographic beauties from Llarowe... I've done lots of creamy splatter manis but I had been wanting to do a holographic one because I though the effect of the sparkle would look so cool. I went for it and I am so happy with the awesome and flashy results!
This is a really simple look. I started with a base of Two coats of Glitter Gal's Frappe. For the splatter I used HITS Atena and Glitter Gal Lizard Belly. I love LOVE love how this looks. Because of the holographic sparkle it almost looks like a watercolor mani. Have you guys seen those yet? They are soo cool and I am dying to try one. I think I will soon. This is quite and edgy and fun look... Holo Splatter! A big win in my book!
MMMMmmmmmm!!!

What do you guys think?

@Llarowe Spam FTW!! Lots 'o Pics!

Hi loves and happy Tuesday!

Today I have some amazing colors from the lovely Shop Llarowe. I a while back Leah Ann, who runs the shop, held a Facebook contest for ladies who would be her official swatchers and I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of her ladies. Leah Ann had a special assignment in mind for me... See, she wants me to do some awesome nail art with her pretties.. And I totally intend on doing so.. BUT FIRST! I just had to wear them!! I've had these for some time now but I really wanted to actually enjoy them first. Now I have a surge of ideas and I hope to start working on some nail art with these Llarowe beauties soon. For now here are some swatchies!!

Ozotic #502
This is one coat of Ozotic #502 layered over a basic Black creme. This color has an amazing Copper to Green to Golden shift that resembles a Beetle. Ozotic really has captured my heart with these multichromes. I really can't wait to play around with stamping and such with these.

This pictures really shows the shift and just how shimmery this pretty really is.

And in the shade you can really see the color shift in this beauty.
Just amazing...

Glitter Gal Not Another Red/ 3D Holo
Holy WOW!!! This is just so pretty and saturated and just perfect! It is not a bright shade of Red but more of a Pinky- Red with a very strong and sparkly linear holographic finish. The formula on this color is just perfection and super pigmented and sooo easy to work with. That is one of my many favorite things about Glitter Gal holographic polishes.
This is just awesome.

Specialita HITS Atena
This one is a saturated Fuchsia jelly base packed full of strong linear holographic sparkle. This color is super girly but the holographic finish really sets it apart. This color has a really nice formula and it is fully opaque at Two coats but I did Three thin ones to give it a little bit extra sparkle. I really love the polishes in this collection.
Girly with and edge..

Specialita HITS Demeter
Demeter is Atenas yummy Orange sister. Formula wise it just like Atena... Now let's just talk about how awesome this shade is.. It's Orange.. It's Holo... It is just AMAZING! My love of Oranges really peaks right here loool.. I mean I don't see how it could get much better than Orange and Holo...
Yum!!

These are my newer Llarowe pretties.. Wanna see some more? Just keep reading after the jump...

I've featured these colors before so I won't go into detail in this post but awesome spam is awesome!!

Glitter Gal Blue 3D Holographic (Pic heavy)

I wish I had a gallon of this...

Yeah.. A gallon... I wont say much and get straight to the swatch because this is just too much awesomeness for my brain to process.
So this is the most amazing Blue holo I own. It also has the lamest name out of all the Blue holos I own. It goes by Blue Holo 3D. Wahh waaahhh.... However, it makes up for its lame name by having extra bits of awesome sprinkled into it and being a super strong linear holo. The best part about this baby? The excellent formula. It applies evenly and smoothly. it is highly pigmented with holo goodness and it does not drag one bit. For these pics I used only Two coats.

I wore this for about Four days and had minimal tip wear and no chips. I am super happy with the wear because it could have probably gone for longer....

 <3<3<3<3<3<3!!!

The holo is so strong you can even see it come through in crappy lighting.
This beauty and other Glitter Gal awesomesauce is available from Llarowe. Epic WIN tab + One!

Thanks for stopping by!
♥ Cristina
